Human T Cell Depletion Kit
在開發CAR-T細胞療法時，基因轉染後純化CAR-T細胞群的能力至關重要。仍表達CD3 的T細胞群可能對接受這些治療的患者有害。此產品使用多個不重疊的CD3抗體來識別T細胞，抗體與微氣泡結合並利用浮力從樣本中移除。該方案有效去除超過95%的CD3陽性細胞，同時保留所有CAR-T細胞供下游使用。



實驗數據：

模擬實驗中，PBMC以PE-CD14和CD19抗體以及FITC-CD3抗體進行螢光染色。CD3陽性細胞的移除效率可達95%以上。
