ESF 921 昆蟲細胞培養基是一種無血清、無蛋白質的培養基， 是一款專門為桿狀病毒表達系統(BEVS)開發的培養基，適合用 於多種昆蟲細胞(Sf9, Sf21, Tni (High Five) & Drosophila S2) 的生長、蛋白質生產和桿狀病毒載體生產。

• 生產符合cGMP標準，無需加入血清，輕鬆培養懸浮性昆蟲細胞，獲得最大細胞生長量和最高蛋白表達
• 適用於培養sf9、sf21、Tni (High Five)和S2細胞
• Sf9細胞密度可達 15 x 10⁶ cells/ml; 高病毒載體產量可達 5 x 10⁸ ~ 3 x 10⁹ infectious units/ml

**若細胞原本培養在其他品牌培養基，更換成ESF921前需先進行循序適應過程。 (可能需 10-20 passages，每次繼代細胞密度為10⁶ cells/ml，直到擴增至 8-10 x 10⁶/ml)

  出眾的生長曲線再現性  
以12個月內生產的9個不同批次的ESF 921，分別培養 Sf9 細胞 (起始細胞密度 0.75 × 10⁶ cells/ml)，每天計數活細胞數量。
