Endocytosis Detection
吞飲作用偵測染劑：ECGreen-Endocytosis Detection
ECGreen是一種細胞膜的小分子螢光染料，它可停留在細胞膜上。隨著吞飲作用進入細胞後， Endosome中的酸性環境會使螢光增強。與傳統的螢光標記葡聚糖的方法不同，ECGreen通過對Endosome的膜直接染色，可以更準確的進行活細胞內的吞飲作用路徑分析。
- 確觀察活細胞的吞飲作用
- 對pH變化具有高響應能力
