傳統的OD 260核酸定量法在偵測DNA/RNA時，很容易因為未去除乾淨的核苷酸在OD260也會吸光而產生假陽性結果，且無法偵測低濃度樣品。GeneCopoeia推出新的核酸定量試劑iQuant™，使用專一的螢光染劑，精確且專一的定量核酸濃度，並可應用於各式的低濃度樣品上。
