【Dojindo】ATP Assay Kit-Luminescence


 
Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) 是活細胞的能量來源，是通過糖解作用和
線粒體氧化磷酸化合成的。粒線體產生約95％的細胞ATP，粒線體功能障
礙會降低細胞中的ATP水平。因此，ATP水平的測量值可作為粒線體活性的
代表。 ATP水平降低與癌症、衰老、神經退行性疾病和粒線體疾病等均有相關。

  偵測實例  
以Rotenone處理細胞並偵測細胞內的代謝變化

Rotenone是已知的粒線體電子傳遞鏈抑制劑，將 rotenone添加到Jurkat細胞中，然後使用 ATP Assay Kit 測量細胞內ATP。結果顯示，粒線體呼吸鏈（電子傳輸鏈）中的ATP產生受到抑制，並且ATP濃度低於對照組細胞。
